My move

My cousin was raving about this place and how easy his move was with them, so when it was time for me to move I decided to give them a try. These guys were so nice and most importantly careful with all of my things. Aside from that, they made sure my things were properly packed and not all over the place so it was easier for me to unpack in my new home. I've come across a place where they handle customers stuff with so much care just like its their own.
They were very punctual and came on time, and got everything to my new home in less than a day, which is absolutely crazy because I had so many things since I've lived in my home for years! Thank u guys so much, I couldn't be happier with their service. Great workers!!!

Good job

Moving is stressful enough. Some people say it's one of life's greatest stressors after death and divorce! :( I certainly don't enjoy the process of moving, but these guys made it really easy on me.

I called them, told them when and where I was moving to, and gave them a list of all my possessions (just walking around telling them what I had in each room). I was given an estimate right away, and set the date! Everything went smoothly from start to finish. They carefully wrapped and packed up my furniture, loaded everything, held it in storage for a couple months while I waited for my house to be ready, and then unpacked everything for me.

The communication was always quick and clear, and everyone was super professional. Pretty standard moving cost, I spent about a total of $8k for a full service move of a 3 bedroom house. I'd say and they successfully got all my stuff from Denver to Fort Worth.

No complaints

I just finished going through all my boxes and furniture after getting everything delivered yesterday. Nothing missing, scratched or broken. I got a quote from Lenny Cooper about 2 weeks ago for a move from Seattle, WA to Chicago, IL. I needed to move for a new job opportunity out there after finding out my application was accepted. I didn't realize how many companies would call me after putting in one quote request, I must have gotten called by 15 different companies. I decided to get quotes from only 4 of them. Route 66 being one. The pricing was all over the place; one company quoting me as little as $2000 for a 4 bedroom!

Route 66 was the third company I spoke to and they quoted me at a fairly high price, compared to the others, but it was reasonable. I checked out their reviews and license and felt comfortable speaking to Lenny because he didn't pressure me in any way. I put them on the back burner to get one more quote. One things I didn't like about the other companies I spoke with was just the person on the other end. They sounded like used car salesman and kept pressuring me into making a decision applying discount after discount if I booked with them right there and then, felt very off. I called Route 66 back and made the $3000 down payment to reserve a truck.

On the day of the move the movers show up 20 min late but it wasn't that big a deal. They come in and start placing blankets on the floor and walls to make sure no damage is done to the house. They wrap up everything load up the truck and leave. The price stayed the same, I paid the movers exactly what I was told. Delivery took about 7 days. Movers arrived on time and unloaded everything. I asked them to set everything up and they did. Paid them exactly what I was told and even tipped them another $200. The movers were professional and fast. Nothing was damaged during this process. I would highly recommend these guys.

Route 66 is a broker so it wasn't their truck or movers but still had a fantastic experience with Black Bear Moving, the company they hired. No regrets whatsoever. The best part is the price did not increase a penny.
